  • 13:00 – 16:30: Free time (local attractions, lake, bicycles)
  • 16:30 – 19:30: BBQ gathering (garden / club room) with beer – grilled dishes/sausages/salads and snacks
  • 18:00 – 23:00: Continued party in the club room – OPEN BAR (beer, wine, vodka, juices, hot beverages)
  • 19:00 – 23:00: Party with DJ (club room)

Saturday, 06.06.2026

  • 08:00-11:00 Breakfast (buffet)
  • 10:00 – 11:00: Morning activity – Nordic walking or aqua aerobics
  • 11:30 – 13:00: MED & SPA Health Academy (talks on healthy lifestyle, BEMER and Demeter 2.0 presentations, access to the “Detox Bar” – flavored water with e.g. ginger, mint, spirulina)
  • 13:30 – 15:00: Regeneration break (soup from a cauldron, rustic bread/lard/pickles)
  • 18:00 – 20:00: Dinner (buffet)

Sunday, 07.06.2026

  • Extended hotel stay – check-out possible until 15:00 and access to Wellness area
